At DE.CI, you are not just getting a piece of furniture, but you are getting a full life alternating experience. To ensure that, once your items are ready, our team will contact you directly to schedule with you a Saturday or Tuesday delivery appointment.
Our delivery team is only responsible for lifting the items until the third floor.
Unfortunately, they will not be responsible if the stairs lobby is smaller than the requested items.

You can change your delivery date up to three days before we dispatch your items for delivery.
You can also request for an extended storage duration that will cost you 0.5% from the order total value per each week, with a maximum of 6 weeks.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges in case of non-faulted items.
