- DE.CI is not responsible for natural variations in the veins of wood or marble. These are natural features of the materials and are not considered defects.
- All sales are final, and orders are non-refundable.
- Any claims or issues regarding the order must be reported and resolved within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Storage fees are applied to any item that is more than 15 days from the order-ready date with a fixed rate of 3% of the total order value, with a maximum of 6 months. To reserve the order, you must finalize the order payment within this grace period.
- All listed items, including dimensions and specifications, have been reviewed and approved by the client.

- How to clean the matte stainless steel surface?
1- Wipe with a microfiber cloth
. Always go with the grain (the brushed direction).
2- Use warm water + mild dish soap
. Mix a few drops of dish soap in warm water.
. Dip a soft cloth or sponge, wring it out, and gently wipe the surface.
3-Rinse and dry immediately
. Use a clean, damp cloth to remove soap residue.
. Dry with a fresh microfiber cloth to prevent water marks or streaks.
4-Rubbing alcohol (for fingerprints)
. Dampen a cloth with rubbing alcohol and wipe in the brushed direction.
🚫 Avoid These!
❌ Abrasive pads or steel wool → will scratch the matte finish.
❌ Bleach or chlorine-based cleaners → can corrode stainless steel.
❌ Oil-based “shine” sprays → can make matte surfaces look patchy and attract dust. - How to clean the wood?
Soak up liquids immediately by blotting with a dry, soft cloth with gentle pressure. Then use another clean, dry cloth to wipe off any remaining residue. For the best results, wipe in the direction of the wood grain. Avoid using any harsh chemicals as they may irreparably damage the product and void its warranty.
