- DE.CI is not responsible for natural variations in the veins of wood or marble. These are natural features of the materials and are not considered defects.
- All sales are final, and orders are non-refundable.
- Any claims or issues regarding the order must be reported and resolved within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Storage fees are applied to any item that is more than 15 days from the order-ready date with a fixed rate of 3% of the total order value, with a maximum of 6 months. To reserve the order, you must finalize the order payment within this grace period.
- All listed items, including dimensions and specifications, have been reviewed and approved by the client.
- The final payment must be completed before the order is dispatched for delivery.

- How to clean the marble top?
Soak up liquids immediately by blotting with soft fiber cloth to take away the dirt or stain. Then use a clean, soft dampened cloth to buff any remaining residue. Avoid using too much water since excess liquid may damage your marble. Do not use an abrasive cleaner or pads since they may scratch the surface of the marble. - How to clean the wood?
Soak up liquids immediately by blotting with a dry, soft cloth with gentle pressure. Then use another clean, dry cloth to wipe off any remaining residue. For the best results, wipe in the direction of the wood grain. Avoid using any harsh chemicals as they may irreparably damage the product and void its warranty.
