The type of wood used for the dining tables, chairs, and sofas is natural solid wood. Cabinets and tables are manufactured with engineered wooden surfaces with natural wood veneer.

We use natural marble, and it has variations in marble veins. These are natural features of the material.

We use a wide range of imported durable fabrics.

- DE.CI is not responsible for natural variations in the veins of wood or marble. These are natural features of the materials and are not considered defects.
- All sales are final, and orders are non-refundable.
- Any claims or issues regarding the order must be reported and resolved within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Storage fees are applied to any item that is more than 15 days from the order-ready date with a fixed rate of 3% of the total order value, with a maximum of 6 months. To reserve the order, you must finalize the order payment within this grace period.
- All listed items, including dimensions and specifications, have been reviewed and approved by the client.
- The final payment must be completed before the order is dispatched for delivery.

How to clean the marble top?
Soak up liquids immediately by blotting with a soft fiber cloth to take away the dirt or stain. Then use a clean, soft dampened cloth to buff any remaining residue. Avoid using too much water since excess liquid may damage your marble. Do not use an abrasive cleaner or pads since they may scratch the surface of the marble.
How to clean the wood?
Soak up liquids immediately by blotting with a dry, soft cloth with gentle pressure. Then use another clean, dry cloth to wipe off any remaining residue. For the best results, wipe in the direction of the wood grain. Avoid using any harsh chemicals as they may irreparably damage the product and void its warranty.

The colour shade for marble is way darker than catalogue , the design of the side table is different ( curves on the top) The wood quality and design is again darker than original design online catalogue .
I received the 2‑seat sofa in good condition; however, the connectors required to secure the two sections together were not included. Although I was assured by the sales representative, Mr. Omar Amin, that these would be provided, they have not arrived. Could you kindly arrange to send the missing connectors and have them installed at your earliest convenience? Thank you for your assistance.

The side table is not very sturdy the table top is amazing finishing ! It takes too much space from the seating area. The chair is just awesome ! My wife tried it and ordered another one i am very impressed with the quality and the finishing. One final recommendation is the buttons you should switch instead of having the forward button recline and the backwards button sits back up they should be switched other than that i am super happy
