I received the 2‑seat sofa in good condition; however, the connectors required to secure the two sections together were not included. Although I was assured by the sales representative, Mr. Omar Amin, that these would be provided, they have not arrived. Could you kindly arrange to send the missing connectors and have them installed at your earliest convenience? Thank you for your assistance.

The dimensions not the same as the one in the showroom. The fabric is not an outdoor fabric, not the same as displayed in showroom . The filling of the cushions are not the same as the sofa displayed in the showroom. The extra cushions I ordered not the size or colour I ordered.

Delivery was really bad I was told 2 to 3 weeks it ended up coming in about 7 weeks which is completely unacceptable you should have told me from the beginning 7 weeks. The product itself is really good but being unable to meet your dates is unacceptable, will never order from you guys again because of this.

The side table is not very sturdy the table top is amazing finishing ! It takes too much space from the seating area. The chair is just awesome ! My wife tried it and ordered another one i am very impressed with the quality and the finishing. One final recommendation is the buttons you should switch instead of having the forward button recline and the backwards button sits back up they should be switched other than that i am super happy
